ImgSeek is built and run by an independent developer. For anything at all, email [email protected].

You're buying a perpetual license to use the app (a License Key), not ownership of the software itself. One key activates up to 2 devices in total, across macOS and Windows combined.

Your license includes every update released within 1 year of purchase. After that, the versions you've activated keep working indefinitely, with no renewal required. We don't currently promise free upgrades to major versions released after that period.

The license is for use by you or your organization. Don't resell, rent out, or publicly share your License Key, and don't crack, decompile, or otherwise work around the license check.

macOS: a Mac with Apple Silicon (an M-series chip). Intel Macs are not supported. Windows: Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit (x64). The app runs on the CPU alone, so no dedicated GPU is needed.

Please use the free trial to confirm the app runs on your computer before you buy.

Each email address can claim one 14-day trial with every feature unlocked, on 1 device. The clock starts at first activation, and a trial key that isn't activated within 30 days of being issued expires. When the trial ends, buy a perpetual license to keep going; the index you've already built carries over.

Orders placed on the English site are processed by Creem, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Creem handles the payment, sales tax or VAT, and invoicing, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Orders placed on the Chinese site are paid through Alipay. We never see or store your card or payment account details. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Once your payment goes through, your License Key is emailed automatically to the address you entered at checkout. If it doesn't arrive, or you lose it later, use the Recover License Key page on this site with your purchase email.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Once a refund is issued, the corresponding License Key is void and must no longer be used.

Indexing and search happen entirely on your computer. Your images and documents are never uploaded to us. How we handle what you give us on this website, such as your email and order, is described in our Privacy Policy.

We work hard to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is", with no guarantee that it is error-free or that it meets every specific need you have. Keep backups of files that matter to you.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using, or being unable to use, the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

You are responsible for having the rights to the images and documents you search and process with the app.

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with its last-updated date. Changes never take away anything your license gave you at the time you bought it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
